Save Money Drink Water

Water is inexpensive.  I’m talking about tap water.  I’m not talking about bottled water.  (Bottled water costs 4000% more than tap water.)  Water is good for us, and you will save money drinking it instead of other beverages.  Drinking water is healthier and saves money. Bottom line save money drink water.

Drink water and save money

As a nation, we spend billions of dollars every year on soft drinks.  As families, we spend thousands of dollars a year on beverages—soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc.  The average American family eats out three times a week.  There are 3.1 people per family, and the average price of a soft drink, coffee, or tea is $1.25.  We can save $500.00 or more a year by changing what we drink.

The math will look like this

3 (times a week) X 3(people per family) X $1.25(average cost of a beverage) X 52 (weeks in a year) = $585.00

So, I am saying if a family that drinks water three times a week and eats out, the savings would be $585.00 a year.

Little changes can make a huge difference in your budget.

This example shows how we can save money by substituting water for another beverage 3 out of 21 meals a week.

We could save $1,000.00 a year if we drank more water

Meal time is not the only time we grab something to drink.  If the same family were to substitute water for another beverage 6 six times a week, the savings would over $1,000.00 a year.

Conclusion

Drinking water has many health and beauty benefits and is an inexpensive drink. Save money by drinking water.
